Mr. Hartenstein is a member of Stellex’s investment team. Prior to joining Stellex, Mr. Hartenstein was an Associate, and previously Analyst, at Fremman Capital.

Mr Hartenstein received his master’s degree from IE Business School in Spain.

Mr. LaDuke is the Head of Portfolio Operations for Stellex. Prior to joining Stellex In 2025, Mr. LaDuke was Head of Small Cap Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2011, Mr. LaDuke was a Partner at Marakon, a boutique turnaround consulting firm.

Mr. LaDuke served on the operating boards of MACtac, Mad Engine, MARS, Maxim Crane, NESCO Rentals, TAK Communications, Tarter Industries and United Site Services. Mr. LaDuke served as interim CEO at Maxim Crane and Paramount Global Surfaces.

Mr. LaDuke received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Ms. Colvin is a Director on Stellex’s Business Development team. Ms. Colvin joined Stellex after a career in business development with Perkins Coie, an Am Law 50 law firm, and two private equity firms – Wynnchurch Capital and Pfingsten Partners. Ms. Colvin began her career at the Alliance of M&A Advisors.

Ms. Colvin received her B.A. in History with a minor in Business from Indiana University.
