Headquartered in Hillsdale, MI, Paragon Metals LLC (“Paragon” or the “Company”) is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, sourcing and importing complex, tight tolerance precision machined components and assemblies serving the automotive, heavy truck and general industrial markets.
The Company has strong customer relationships, which includes OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers who value the Company’s multifaceted design and engineering capabilities, which is reflected in its sole source status on transmission and driveline components for some of the largest North American light vehicle platforms.
The Company operates out of three manufacturing facilities in Michigan with 200 total employees.
